Who is Elevation+ For?

Elevation+ is a new section of our Digital Skills & Employability Programme, designed for young Londoners aged 16–25 who could use more time, space, and support before stepping into the workforce. 

Whether you’re still figuring things out, building your confidence, or dealing with things that have made it harder to move forward, this space is designed to meet you where you’re at.

What Will Elevation+ Offer?

At Elevation+, we’re here to support you as you figure out your next steps. Whether you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or ready to explore new paths, we’ve got your back. 

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Support to build your confidence and believe in yourself 

  • Connections to real job and training opportunities 

We also offer mentoring, advocacy, and practical sessions to help you build skills, grow your confidence, and discover what’s possible. Elevation+ is about helping you shape your future, on your terms.
